Terms and Conditions of Participation

Subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Participation, new and existing customers of Scalable Capital GmbH, Seitzstraße 8e, 80538 Munich ("Scalable Capital") who reside in Germany and have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate ("Participants") in this promotion. By participating in the promotion, Participants agree to the Terms and Conditions of Participation.

  1. Procedure of the Promotion
    During the promotional period (24.07.2025 - 22.08.2025), new and existing customers of the Scalable Capital broker ("Scalable Broker") can receive a bonus in accordance with the following terms of participation:

    • If not already done, the onboarding as a customer at Scalable Broker must be completed.

    • To be eligible for the promotional bonus, the customer must have accepted the terms for the new Scalable or have opened their account after 10.12.2024.

    • The bonus is personal and non-transferable.

    • The bonus will be paid to the first 50 people who register via the link.

  2. Bonus
    As a bonus, the participants will receive three shares of the Scalable Xtrackers MSCI All Country World UCITS ETF (ISIN: LU2903252349 | WKN: DBX1SC) in the amount of the equivalent value applicable at the time of the distribution of the bonus.

  3. Distribution of the Bonus
    The bonus will be automatically paid out to the clearing account deposited with the broker within a reasonable period (expected to be 30 days) after the end of the promotional period, provided the terms and conditions of participation have been met.
    Should the participant no longer be a customer of Scalable Capital at the time of payout, the bonus shall be forfeited.

  4. Reasons for Exclusion
    This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions.

    The bonus is non-transferable and personal. Participants can receive the bonus a maximum of one time.

    Multiple participation and multiple bonuses are excluded. There is no legal entitlement to participation.

    Employees of Scalable Capital and its affiliated companies pursuant to §§ 15 et seq. AktG (German Stock Corporation Act) as well as Baader Bank AG and their relatives are excluded from participation. Likewise, participation in the exercise of a trade, for commercial purposes and/or against any other professional or commercial background is prohibited.

    If (at the reasonable discretion of Scalable Capital) there are justified reasons, for example (a) in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or execution of the promotion, (b) in the event of violations of these Terms and Conditions of Participation, (c) in the event of unfair action or (d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation, Scalable Capital may (at its reasonable discretion) exclude persons from the promotion and refuse or retroactively revoke, reclaim any payments or other credits and/or collect payments made from the respective clearing account. In this respect, Scalable Capital is entitled to instruct the custodian bank to execute a corresponding payment.

    The participants are responsible for the accuracy of their personal information relevant to participation in the promotion.

    Taxes may apply to the bonus, which are to be borne by the participants. Scalable Capital does not provide tax advice. Please consult a tax advisor if you have any questions.

  5. Liability of Scalable Capital
    In particular, Scalable Capital is not liable for damages that may arise from errors, delays, or interruptions in transmission, malfunctions of technical equipment or other technical services, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, computer viruses, or in any other way during participation in the promotion, unless such damages are caused by Scalable Capital (its organs, employees, or vicarious agents) intentionally or through gross negligence, or through the breach of cardinal duties. Liability for damages resulting from culpable injury to life, body, and health remains unaffected.

  6. Premature Termination of the Promotion
    Scalable Capital reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion at any time without prior notice if there is an objective reason to do so. Objective reasons exist, inter alia, if an unchanged continuation of the promotion would run contrary to the legitimate interests of Scalable Capital or third parties, or if the proper execution of the promotion can no longer be guaranteed. In this case, participants shall not have any rights against Scalable Capital. To the extent legally permissible, this promotion is governed exclusively by German law. Legal recourse is excluded.

  7. Data Protection
    To implement and process the promotion, we process your personal data such as your first and last name, e-mail address, and postal address in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. b) GDPR. We delete personal data as soon as the promotion has ended and the data is no longer required to fulfill the aforementioned purposes, and provided there is no other legal basis (e.g., commercial and tax retention periods).
