Based on the closing balance on 2 October 2025, one warrant will be automatically allocated for every ten GameStop shares held.

Any applicable taxes will be debited from your brokerage account. Please ensure that you have sufficient funds or increase your exemption order accordingly.

How can I sell the warrant?

The warrants (ISIN US36467W1172) are tradable on the European Investor Exchange. For technical reasons, no chart data is currently available for this class.

Only for customers with a securities account at Baader Bank:
If the warrant is booked into your Baader securities account, it will be automatically transferred to the new Scalable account as part of the account transfer. The warrant can be traded there.

How can I exercise the warrant?

If you wish to exercise the warrants, you must transfer the shares to a bank that can execute the exercise for you. This is not possible with Scalable Capital. The securities account transfer can be carried out as a partial transfer and is free of charge for you.

Each warrant entitles you to purchase one ordinary share at an exercise price of USD 32.00 at any time until maturity on 30 October 2026.
