We are looking for an enthusiastic German-speaking CRM Manager to join our team in London.
As our CRM Manager covering our German, Swiss and Austrian clients, you will work closely with our Marketing & Customer Service teams in our London and Munich offices. You will contribute to our growth by developing and implementing a targeted email and communications strategy for our clients in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. Through automated and ad hoc emails, based on a thorough customer and subscriber segmentation logic, you will help us engage and convert newsletter subscribers as well as ensure our existing clients receive relevant and high-quality updates.
The role is ideal for someone who has collected solid first experience with the CRM and email setup of one or several financial institutions targeting retail customers and now wants to be fully in charge of the design, process, and measurement of all activities.
